Latches work amazingly well. Kind of bulletproof really. No cable to come loose, no plastic handle to break. 2 extra seconds of work for decades of reliability. Meanwhile new pickups are advertising automatic tailgates...

Yeah I mean if I can find a decent blonde or pale, I might order it every once in a while on hot weather. But if I order a stout, it tastes good every day of the year

Actual friends are immune to the NO rule. Pizza (no Papa John, Happy Joe, CiCi crap) and a Beer is always adequate payment.

That is such an amazing pickup. I’ll be in the market for one within the next couple of years (hopefully). While it will probably be a full size with 4x4 there is a real pull towards something small and awesome like that

I had a beater longbed F150. It was my third car so I never drove it. I told everyone that they were welcome to use it any time...just return it filled with gas...but under no circumstances was I going to help with any projects, moving, pickups and if asked, the truck was permanently off limits to them.

It worked...it was used almost weekly for HD runs, getting loads of mulch, etc but I was never asked to help.
